Fixture Slides - Guide Rail Type

Caution
Product Description
High Load Capacity Sliders used for guide rails. They are suitable for being used for load-intensive applications, such as press-fitting, press-forming and machining.
Fixture slides: guide rail type
These high-load slides use guide rails and suit load-intensive work such as press-fitting, pressing and machining. A typical use is bearing press-fitting.
Types and components
The ball at the plunger tip rides into the recess of the ball button to fix the table.

- The stroke can be changed by combining the stopper mounting hole positions.
One Point
The stroke can be shortened by changing the mounting positions of the ball button and the stopper pin at the stroke end.
With a shorter stroke, the handle does not protrude beyond the base plate.
- Rust-preventive oil is applied to the sliding surfaces at shipment.
- For convenience after purchase, minus-tolerance stopper pins are fitted at the stoppers (4 places front and rear) so they can be removed. Plus-tolerance stopper pins are included; replace them as needed.

- Factory stroke settings: JGR150 = ST150, JGR250 = ST250.
- Required thrust = force needed to move the table by holding the handle (with rust-preventive oil applied)
- Load capacity = allowable value for a load applied perpendicular to the table surface
- The (reference) values in the table above are at no load.
