Panel Mounts Overview

This method involves fitting the Panel Mounts into the groove of the frame. This method
is recommended for those who value design, as it does not require drilling holes in the Panel Mounts or fastening with screws. It can only be used when assembling with
screw joints, center joints, single joints, first-in double joints, and last-in double joints.

■ Installation method of Panel Mounts

The Panel Mounts size must be determined so that the fastening members do not interfere with the Panel Mounts.
(1) Fasten the three frames with blind joint parts.
(2) Insert the Panel Mounts into the frame groove.
(3) Cut the Panel Mounts clamp or inverted groove cover to the frame size and insert it into the gap.

Insert the Panel Mounts clamp into the 6 series gap.

⑤ Panel Mounts clamp (post-insertion panel hold/panel hold clamp also acceptable)
Length: ① Frame inside vertical -1mm, ② Frame inside horizontal -17mm (-1mm if corners are cut at 45 degrees)
Thickness: Select a Panel Mounts clamp with a thickness equal to the frame groove width minus the panel thickness.
Additional work: Corner cut at 45 degrees (you can also cut it yourself with scissors, etc.)

Insert the Panel Mounts clamp into the 6 series gap.

How to Use: It can be
easily cut with scissors or a cutter . Cutting the corners at a 45 degree angle will improve the appearance.

<After assembly>

 

Select the Panel Mounts clamp model based on the thickness of the aluminum frame and Panel Mounts.

*If you use the post-insertion panel hold and panel hold clamp instead of the panel clamp, you can attach the Panel Mounts after assembling the frame.
*The plate or Panel Mounts can be inserted by turning the groove cover resin soft on the other side and inserting it inside the groove.
