·If the workpiece is off the vacuum pad, the airflow pushes the valve plug and blocks the suction passage. ·When the workpiece adheres to the vacuum pad, the vacuum suction flow rate decreases, and the valve plug is pushed down by spring force to open the suction passage between the plug and the main body.
