■Operation

■Mounting processing method

1: Set the X dimension after it is assembled in the mold. The X dimension refers to the inner edge of the nut from the contact surface of the stopper and body.

2: Install the main body on the spring core jig (CXCU). Confirm that the jig stopper is in contact with the body.

3: After locking the jig, cut the X dimension. By cutting with a jig, the main body works without being pulled.
In addition, the C dimension and the 6-degree slope are adjusted to fit the machined hole.

4: Undercut processing is applied.

5: Attach the body to the mold.
Be careful not to twist the shaft when setting it.

Cut the tip of the core by 0.1 mm. If not cut, when the core protrudes, the molded product will turn over, Scratches will occur. * It is necessary to confirm the dimensions of the molded product.
By polishing the stopper, It is also possible to fine-tune the position of the main unit.
