Related Information
·Since it deforms more easily than existing products, it is suitable for small molds such as micro-molding and cassette molds. If you need stiffness, set up an angular cam backup. (Fig. 4)
■ Notes
·Rigidity will be higher if the angular cam is backed up. (Right figure)
·When cleaning the slide core, remove the set screw (M3.5 x 0.35) with a hexalobular wrench No.5, and clean the slide core, spring, push pin, etc. (After cleaning, apply an anaerobic adhesive for screw loosening.
