Mold-Cooling Flexible Hoses

Caution
- Dedicated plug: FSHG, FSHGR, FSHL , FSHLR, FSHLS
Product Description
[Features]
· Flexible hose is more flexible than conventional metal flexible hoses.
・ The hose section is closely braided simultaneously with PTFE extrusion molding, so the impact pressure resistance is improved.
[Heat and cold resistance]
· It can be used continuously under the temperature condition of -54 ° C to + 200 ° C. However, only when using this product alone.
[Non-absorbable]
· Since PTFE does not absorb water, fluid does not bleed on the outside of the pipe.
[Storage life]
· PTFE has less deterioration over time like rubber hoses, and its storage life is improved.
[Available fluid] water, oil

More Information
■FeaturesThis flexible hose is much more flexible than conventional metal flexible hoses.
The pipe consists of Teflon which is extrusion-molded and braided tightly, so it has greatly improved impact pressure resistance.
Heat resistance and cold resistance Can be used at temperature range of -73°C~+260°C.
(-54°C~+230°C in the case of FSHP1 and FSHF1) However, this applies only to this product on its own.
Non-absorptive Teflon® does not absorb moisture, so fluid does not ooze out from the pipe side.
Storage life Unlike a rubber hose, secular change of Teflon® is small and its life remains unchanged under all weather conditions.
*Teflon® is the product name for polytetrafluoroethylene resin made by the U.S. Dupont corporation.
This product uses Dupont's genuine Teflon.
