อ้างอิงตามมติที่ประชุมคณะรัฐมนตรี เมื่อวันที่ 17 มีนาคม 2563 ให้เลื่อนวันหยุดสงกรานต์ ระหว่างวันที่ 13-15 เมษายน 2563
เพื่อป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโคโรน่าสายพันธุ์ใหม่ (โควิด-19) นั้น มิซูมิขอแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงวันทำงานและวันหยุดดังนี้

เดิม หยุดทำการ ระหว่างวันที่ 13 - 15 เมษายน 2563
เปลี่ยนเป็น เปิดทำการตามปกติ ระหว่างวันที่ 13 - 15 เมษายน 2563
