Ground Sheets
Ground sheets are synthetic resin sheets that are colored blue. They are used in civil engineering and construction work to cover ceilings, floors, walls, etc. without affecting them, and to cover materials from rain. Since sizes vary, it is common to select according to the range to be covered. The same applies to the thickness. For outdoor use, UV stabilizers that prevent deterioration due to ultraviolet rays are compounded, and a thick ground sheet that is resistant to tearing is suitable. Thin types have low durability and waterproofness, and are therefore used for short-term covering. It is also characteristic that their functions are finely differentiated depending on the material. There are halogen-free products that do not generate corrosive gas during incineration, and aluminum foil that reflects solar heat to suppress temperature rise.
