Electromagnetic Opening/Closing Devices (Options, Other)
Electromagnetic switches (optional parts and accessories) are components that are used with electromagnetic switches to allow for a wider range of applications. Electromagnetic switches are used for starting and stopping motors, burnout protection, etc. Their purpose is to detect overcurrent caused by seizing or overloading by using the thermal relay, and then to shut off the circuit in order to prevent motor burnout. Electromagnetic contactors and breakers are used to interrupt the circuit. Electromagnetic switches (optional parts and accessories) feature an extensive lineup of optional units, such as auxiliary power contactors, surge absorbers for operating coils, AC-DC interfaces for operating coils, and more. Other components include parts such as protective covers for live parts, and they can be used in a variety of applications in combination with the electromagnetic switch.
