· Film thickness meter: Can print out data, lot number, and measurement results on-site for submission as a document.
· Statistical calculation function required for film thickness management: Average value, standard deviation, maximum value, minimum value, and other measurement result calculations can be obtained via simple operations.
· Calibration/memory function: Four types of electromagnetic calibration curves and four types of eddy current calibration curves are registered in advance, and the optimum curve can be called up to match changes in the material, shape and thickness of the base material.
· Limit setting function: The upper and lower limits of the film thickness of management items can be set.
· When film thickness outside of the set range is measured, a buzzer will sound and a warning mark will appear on the display area.
· Small probe: A pencil type probe that uses a constant pressure system with a single contact point. Can be used to acquire stable measurement values in any measurement location.
· Highly abrasion resistant probe tip: Titanium coating is applied to the tip of the measurement probe using an electromagnetic coating method, and industrial-use ruby is applied using an eddy current process.
