· Standardizes many intermediate sizes in addition to the JIS size, so that the gear ratio, center distance, etc. can be selected relatively freely, making design easy.
· J1S B 1855 slim V-pulley dimensions are adopted to make them compatible.
· The material is FC200 or higher (FC250 for larger transmission capacity), and the accuracy of various dimensions, deflection, and balance is sufficiently improved to ensure 100% pulley performance.
· Compared with conventional products (A, B, C ... types), the narrow V-belt (3 V, 5 V, 8 V types) has a very large transmission capacity and offers many advantages, and the higher horsepower contributes to greater cost reduction.
· Due to the compactness of the pulley, it can be used for low speed horsepower which is not possible in case of conventional products due to its large sizes. It is now possible to change the chain and gear transmission.
· Power sheave has enough strength to withstand these.
· Since release, it has been used by many and can be adopted with confidence.
