[Features]
· Due to the provision of 4 circular arc grooves (rolling grooves), the LG type does not require a rotation stopper mechanism in an outer cylinder.
· Also, the rated load is greatly improved comparing to the linear bushing LM type of the same size.
· Hence, by replacing the linear bushing with a guide ball bushing, a more compact form, lower cost and longer lifespan can be achieved.
· Rated load higher than linear bushing: The LG type supports more than twice the rated load than the point-contact linear bushing LM type, because the ball's contact structure is R-contact with the circular arc groove.
· No need to stop rotation due to rolling grooves: Since the LG type has circular arc grooves, the rotation stop mechanism is not required for the linear bushing LM type, and the equipment can be made more compact.
· Dimensional compatibility with linear bushing LM type: The LG type is the same in length as the outer diameter of the linear bushing LM type and the outer cylinder, so it is possible to replace the linear bushing LM type.
· Nuts and shafts are set-free (free combination): LG type has free combination of LG nut and LG shaft, similar to the linear bushing.
