This slide rail has excellent versatile properties and can be selected for various applications.
[Features]
· A compact slide rail.
· A thin, compact, lightweight and low-cost FBL type slide rail used for finite linear motion, with 2 rows of balls arranged between the inner rail and the outer rail which is made by roll forming steel plates with precision molding.
· Since the balls are always arranged at equal intervals by a cage, molded by a precision press, a smooth slide mechanism without mutual friction between the balls can be obtained.
· As clearance and movement of the sliding unit is adjusted to ideal conditions, a slide mechanism with almost no sound can be obtained by mounting it on the other surface using screws.
· As the cross-sectional shape is designed to be thin, there is less side space when mounting and any number of rails can be used in parallel depending on the loading condition.
· The galvanizing process is done on the FBL type slide rail and sliding unit is encapsulated with good quality lithium soap-based grease with excellent oxidation stability.
[Applications]
· Since light linear motion can be obtained with simple installation, it can be widely used for the sliding parts of various equipment like copying machines, measuring machines, communication devices, medical equipment, vending machines, various types of office equipment, etc.
