Product Description
Quick connect fitting with no exposed metal on the wetted parts. It supports special sealing rubber material specifications.
[Features]
· The main body is made from a PP resin suitable for clean environments, with a clear color that allows you to check the fluid.
· For the thread section, you can select from PP or SUS304. Tube size in inch is also available.
· Available in 2 packaging specifications: normal packaging and cleanroom packaging.
· Oil-free specifications and clean washing specifications ideal for various manufacturing processes that do not tolerate particles and oils, are available.
· The product is vacuum sealed after ultrasonic vacuum cleaning with HFE (hydrofluoroether) in a cleanroom.
· The PDM specification can be changed to FKM or HNBR depending on how the product is to be used.
[Applications]
· This product can also be used in equipment for semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment for solar battery and rechargeable battery manufacturing processes.

- When using water or other liquids, make sure the surge pressure stays below the maximum operating pressure.
- Be sure to use an insert ring when using water or other liquids.
- For chemicals, mixed gases, etc., compliance with the specifications may vary depending on usage conditions, so please check before using.
- *2 For the maximum operating pressure when the operating temperature exceeds 20°C, see "Relationship between operating temperature and maximum operating pressure" below.
