Non-PVC hose suitable for conveying and transporting chemicals

Cautions/prohibitions
1. Do not use it outdoors or in areas constantly exposed to direct sunlight. Ultraviolet rays may cause stickiness and cracking on the surface.
2. Warning: Use it within the operating temperature range and operating pressure range. When using Ecoron S hose under negative pressure, depending on the application and conditions (temperature and movement),
it may not be possible to use. Please refer to the "Vacuum Pneumatic Reference Range (see Fig. 1 on the website)" as a guideline to the negative pressure operating range.
3. It is expected that the compounding agent, etc., may be extracted or eluted from the hose depending on the conditions of use, so check the usage conditions and the effect on the product before use.
4. Do not use it with fuel oil (heavy oil, light oil, kerosene, gasoline, etc.) or solvents. Some lubricant oils cannot be used, so please be sure to consult with the manufacturer before use.
5. If using it for drinking water or food, please flush the inside of the hose with water before use. * Clean with hot water (80°C or less) for up to 30 minutes at a pressure of 0.1 MPa or less.
6. The hose expands and contracts due to internal pressure, so please allow some leeway when piping.
7. When pressurizing, open and close the valve slowly to avoid *1 impact pressure.
8. Hose *3 Please use it with a minimum bending radius or more. Use of the hose with less than the minimum bending radius will result in the hose bending and reduced pressure-resistant.
9. When used for powder or granular materials, the hose bending radius should be as large as possible, as it may be subject to abrasion depending on conditions.
10. The outer sheath layer is not oil resistance, so be careful not to get oil on the hose outer sheath.
11. Do not use the product in an extremely bent state near the fittings.
12. Do not directly touch or bring it close to open flames.
13. Do not run over the hose with vehicles, etc.
14. Do not use the hose in a crushed state.
15. Do not apply hard, sharp objects such as steel material to the hose or rub it hard against it.
16. Warning: Do not energize it. To do so may result in hose rupture or electric shock.
17.Do not allow hoses or fittings to come into contact with fluids (food, etc.).
Fluid may permeate the hose reinforcement layer or remain in the fitting, causing the growth (adherence) of bacteria and deterioration of the hose.
Additionally, there is a risk of contamination with dust, hose fragments (reinforcing material), and printing ink on the outside.
