Product Description
Aluminum Frame Series 6 /Slot width 8/ 30x30 mm.
Aluminum Frame is a product used to build machine structures, available in various sizes,cross section shapes and with different types of surfaces treatment to choose from.

● Slot width : 8 mm. /1 slot
● Cross-section : 30 mm. X 30 mm.
● Overall length :The size is configurable between 50 to 4000 mm, and the minimum length can be increased by increments 0.5 mm.
● Material : Aluminum grade A6063S-T5 and A6063S-T6 Equivalent
● Surface treatment: Clear/ Black Anodize
[Application]
Used for automatic machine structures in various industries such as automotive industry, electronics industry, etc.
Cut surface and alteration sections are not surface treated.

The actual length with extra lengths on ends is more than 4,000 mm (several tens of mm longer).
Fixed Length Extrusions need to be cut by users thus the exact length cannot be specified.
[ ! ] Recommended heat resistance temperature: up to 70°C. Use with the temperature of above 100°C will cause bending due to the load.
However, for temporary high temperatures such as water vapor, up to 100°C is acceptable.

Series 5, Series 6, Series 8 Slot Width Mixed Extrusions and Assembly Brackets for Different Extrusion Sizes are available.
Utilize these components to assemble an aluminum extrusion as you desire.

[ ! ] The load capacity guideline is a load which the extrusion deflection amount is within 1 mm per 1,000 mm of length.
Deflection exceeding this will not cause damage, but should be considered the maximum practical deflection. (The allowable deflection amount is proportional to the length. Example: 500 mm => 0.5 mm, 2000 mm => 2 mm)
