      It is configured so that each sub-assembly unit can be used as it is or edited.

    4. The Data for fabricated parts is based on easy-to-edit dimensions and shapes in sketches and histories.

    • Motor load torque = load in the horizontal direction [N] × ball screw pitch/(2π) × safety factor = (0.784 × 0.01/(2π)) × 2 = 0.003N・m < 0.32N・m (motor torque rating)
    • Motor rotational speed rating: 3000rpm > (operating rotational speed (Ns): 1000rpm))
    • Transfer speed = Operating rotational speed x ball screw pitch/60 = 1000 x 0.01/60 = 1.67m/sec

Other Design Consideration

  • Both large and small locating pin are used to prevent errors.
  • Bushings are used with locating pins to facilitate their insertion.
  • A one-touch draw latch facilitates the installation and removal of the fixture.
