  • Using a cylinder and linkage system to change the width of workpiece guide.

Points for use

  • Automated mechanism that changes the width of the workpiece guide. When the cylinder's arm moves in a direction parallel to the workpiece, the linkage moves the guide plate in the perpendicular direction adjusting the guide width.
  • For a workpiece conveyance with a width of 297 mm, the cylinder is at fully extended position.
  • For a workpiece conveyance with a width of 270 mm, the cylinder is at fully retracted position.
