  • The cylinder thrust and linear bushing strength are verified to see whether they can withstand the movable workpiece mass and load moment.
  • Cylinder
    • Total mass of movable parts: 2.51kg 2.51kg x 9.8 = 24.6N
    • Cylinder thrust: 785N (when operating pressure is 0.4MPa)
      -> 24.6N < 785N (approx. 31 times)
  • Linear bushing
    • (As this unit operates at a low speed, speed condition is omitted. When it operates at a high speed, the speed condition should be taken into consideration.)
